Introduction to Terms and Conditions
We want you to have the same confidence in buying from us online as you can in buying from our shops. These terms and conditions are part of the information you may need to give you that confidence. We are always happy to hear from our customers so if you have any queries please telephone us.

Terms and Conditions for goods bought online

  2. Prices and taxes
    All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and where appropriate include UK VAT at 17.5%.

  3. Delivery costs
    The total cost of each order will include a postage/delivery charge. The postage/delivery cost will be clearly shown before you commit to buying.

  4. Payment
    For goods bought online payment must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment by the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, or JCB.
  5. Confirmation of order
    After you have sent an online order we will send you an e-mail confirming the details of your order.
  6. Substitute goods
    If we are unable to despatch your goods within five days we will contact you with this information and may at the same time offer you alternative goods. We will not despatch substitute goods without your consent.
  7. Your right to cancel
    You have a right to return the goods for a full refund of the price of the goods. The postage/delivery charge is not refundable. If you wish to return the goods you must advise us of your intention to do so within fourteen days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and ensuring they are returned to us in the condition you received them.
  8. Faulty goods
    If packaging or goods are received damaged or faulty you must contact us without using or further unpacking the goods. Damaged goods may be replaced or refunded in full including the cost of return postage.
  9. Your Privacy and Security
    We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We only collect information about you which is necessary to process your order. These details are: your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit/debit card details. We use this information lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Unless you have specifically requested us to do so, we shall not contact you after your order is fully processed. Unless you have specifically requested us to do so, we shall not pass on your details to a third party.

    We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law and our internal security policy.
