How to Order

By Telephone
Please ring our Colchester shop (01206 574781) to place an order. This is also the quickest way to get answers to any queries you may have.

Online
To order an item online add it to the shopping basket page by clicking the Add to Basket button. To add other items return to the product pages using the Continue Shopping button or Product Search button. To order more than one of an item enter the number in the Qty box and click Update.
Placing items or amending quantities on the shopping basket page does not create an order. To proceed with an order click the Secure Checkout button. This will open a new page titled Secure Order Form with a security certificate issued to 'secure.havnet.net' our website providers.
An order is only sent to us after the Place Order button is clicked and the order has been confirmed.
Clicking the Place Order button does not take funds from your card account. We process your card details by hand at the point at which we have the goods available for despatch.

We accept payment by cheque in UK pounds and by UK postal order.
